I am 22 this year and about to ord in august. Since 19, I had a goal to accumulate 100k by 29. I gave myself 10 years to reach this goal. In the past few years, I have been working on some part-time jobs and internship. After enlisting, I got a steady income of around $800+ per month and $300 from my parents as allowance. I decided that I would like to save and invest a large portion of the money and live frugally like how I was during my poly time. My goal is to accumulate 50k net worth by ord. Today as of 26/07/2022, my net worth finally hit 50k. I save and invest around 1k per month since I enlisted, for the past few months my net worth has been quite stagnant due to the correction in the market. However, these few days the markets bounced back and right now with the paper profit I hit 50k. Of course, paper profits fluctuate a lot. It might be a short-term thing. Since it is coming to year end of 2019, let me do a conclusion on my investment journey in 2019. I started investing in July 2019. The below results are the results of my portfolio. The worst performing stock is sph reit which I just bought not Long ago, I still have faith in sph reit. Not anticipating any major capital appreciation from sph reit. What I like is the high occupancy rate of sph reit. Not going to add more of sph reit for now. When I bought Genting sing, what I like is the increase in profit of the non gaming segment. Currently, the performance is still within my expectation, potential IR in japan might bring Genting sing up to a higher price but I am not going to add more for now. For prime us reit, results beat the forecasted results in the ipo prospectus which is also out of my expectation. Not planning to add more for now. One of my best performing stock is actually Koufu which is the first stock I ever bought. Looking on to add more if it goes back
