Bought more Koufu

Today I bought more Koufu. I bought 1400 shares more, currently my average cost price is around $0.70.

My first tranche I bought around $0.675. As you can see, ever since then, Koufu stock price is on a upwards trend until recently it goes back down to 0.72 range again. I think that the coronavirus is temporary, it will be over sometime. Koufu business is still strong. Besides the double digit growth in the last quarter report, Koufu has minimal debt and ample of cash. In 2020, Koufu will be launching The Central kitchen building. That should be potential catalyst for Koufu. I am also very interested to see how Koufu milk tea business is going to be. Personally, I have seen the queue for R&B tea, there are quite a lot of people.

At a PE of 14, I think Koufu is still cheap.

Added another 600 shares of MINT

 Bought 600 shares of MINT at 2.53, lowering my cost to 2.606. The latest Q3 results is very impressive, yoy and QoQ dpu growth. Tdy mint drop around 3-4 percent, it such a steal for me since now based on Q3 dpu is 5.5%. At FY2020 DPU of 12.55 it will be 4.96% /4.81% At 2021Q1 DPU of 0.0335 it will be 5.29% / 5.14% At 2021 Q2 DPU of 0.0347 it will be 5.48% / 5.33% At 2021 Q3 DPU of 0.0349 it will be 5.51%/ 5.35% Now my cash is just nice around 20%. Looking to add more ASCENDAS and fct but will have to wait for a while for my cash to replenish.
