Bought SPH Reit

On 29 Nov, I bought into SPH reit, after looking at the financials , dpu has been growing and there are still upcoming acquisitions. I bought at the price of 1.07, I think is not exactly cheap but is reasonable. Since I am holding for Long term, the stable dividends from sph reit can help to increase my cash flow. I accidentally bought with cash account instead of cash up front account so I paid $25 in terms of commissions. However, I think I can get them back because of the promotion of first 5 trade free commission from dbs. Nonetheless, we shall see how sph reit will perform.

  Half year alr can do a review on my stocks. China Construction Bank: Low valuation high dividend, highest roe among the big4 banks in China. Need to worry about China property market, subjected to do national service for ccp. (HOLDING) Genting Sing: On recovery, ongoing expansion of USS (HOLDING) ComfortDelGro: Based on personal experience, bus and mrt ridership increasing, more taxis around and returning of tourists. Still very Low valuation compare to pre covid (HOLDING/ADD) SPHREIT: Sponsor cfm not delisting, business recovering and tourist coming back.Low debt, good yield (HOLDING) MINT: solid sponsor and track record. SG manufacturing increases by 50% by 2030. Strong story for sg industrial. Need to take note of US DC occupancy rate. Good Yield. Sold my position in ABF

9/7/2019  Sold 1048 units of abf at $1.158. Take back $1213.58, taking in the dividends I got around $39 in profits which is around 3.3% from 2018-May to 2019-Jul. I also stop the rsp for ABF to take in more cash in order to buy into other stocks that I am interested but I will still continue the rsp for ABF. On my watch list now have  Koufu Sheng Siong Nam Lee Sats  Fraser property BreadTalk  CapitaLand Limited Dairy farm  Haw Par  F&N Sbs transit Sgx  Due to my limited capital I can only buy in 1 stock at a time. Currently, most of the talks are quite expensive except BreadTalk and dairy farm that are down quite a lot. However, BreadTalk valuation is still quite expensive compare to her peers. I will be taking a closer look at BreadTalk if it goes cheaper in the future I might buy into it.
