Bought SPH Reit
On 29 Nov, I bought into SPH reit, after looking at the financials , dpu has been growing and there are still upcoming acquisitions. I bought at the price of 1.07, I think is not exactly cheap but is reasonable. Since I am holding for Long term, the stable dividends from sph reit can help to increase my cash flow. I accidentally bought with cash account instead of cash up front account so I paid $25 in terms of commissions. However, I think I can get them back because of the promotion of first 5 trade free commission from dbs. Nonetheless, we shall see how sph reit will perform.
