Bought 500 fct @ 2.04 close to 6% dividend yield based on recent dpu.

 $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SI) Order filled  500@1.71 Assuming 0.106 of dividends, at 1.74 will be 6%.  Manage to lower my avg cost to 1.83 Looking to add more fct.

 Order filled  500@2.55  Assuming 0.156 of dividends, at 2.60 will be 6%.  Manage to lower my avg cost to 2.697 Looking to add more cict and fct.

 Finally avg down on cict, 500@1.83 manage to lower my cost from 1.87 to 1.86. 

 Added 1000 shares of ccb with the tiger 88hkd voucher and ccb dividends.

Current price is around 2020 covid range, sitting on 3.6% while waiting for value to be realise.

Sett: Cash Upfront With the most recent dividend of 0.0333 per quarter at 2.22 will be 6% yield. Accounting in the 2% increase in dpu from the recent acquisition, at 2.23 should be yielding slightly more than 6%. With this latest tranche my avg cost should be around 2.49.
