Bought some more fct

Bought 500 fct at 2.04. With 0.6136 half year dpu, full year dpu of 0.1272 at 2.04 will be a 6% yield. Fct is also training around 0.9 pb. It is a reasonable valuation for me, looking to buy more ste at 3.20

Bought more areit

Bought 1 more tranche of areit 500 @ 2.6. Avg cost now at 2.75. With 0.15745 dpu it will be a 6.06% yield on $2.6. Expect more reits and stocks to drop right now cict is 1.85 below my cost of 1.87 should be buying next. However, might be holding on a while more since reits haven been dropping a lot tdy might be expecting more drop. STE is approaching 3.2 fast should be buying 1 more tranche of STE at 3.2.

Added more mint

Added 500 more mint at 2.32 which is a 6% yield. Looking to add more Mint 2.32 areit 2.58 fct 2.04 cict 1.86 for 6% yield

50k net worth achieved

I am 22 this year and about to ord in august. Since 19, I had a goal to accumulate 100k by 29. I gave myself 10 years to reach this goal.  In the past few years, I have been working on some part-time jobs and internship. After enlisting, I got a steady income of around $800+ per month and $300 from my parents as allowance. I decided that I would like to save and invest a large portion of the money and live frugally like how I was during my poly time. My goal is to accumulate 50k net worth by ord. Today as of 26/07/2022, my net worth finally hit 50k. I save and invest around 1k per month since I enlisted, for the past few months my net worth has been quite stagnant due to the correction in the market. However, these few days the markets bounced back and right now with the paper profit I hit 50k. Of course, paper profits fluctuate a lot. It might be a short-term thing. What is more certain is my dividends, my dividends from stocks rise from $37 in 2019 to at least 1.2k in 2022(...

Half year review

Image
Half year alr can do a review on my stocks. China Construction Bank: Low valuation high dividend, highest roe among the big4 banks in China. Need to worry about China property market, subjected to do national service for ccp. (HOLDING) Genting Sing: On recovery, ongoing expansion of USS (HOLDING) ComfortDelGro: Based on personal experience, bus and mrt ridership increasing, more taxis around and returning of tourists. Still very Low valuation compare to pre covid (HOLDING/ADD) SPHREIT: Sponsor cfm not delisting, business recovering and tourist coming back.Low debt, good yield (HOLDING) MINT: solid sponsor and track record. SG manufacturing increases by 50% by 2030. Strong story for sg industrial. Need to take note of US DC occupancy rate. Good Yield. (HOLDING/ADD) UOB: solid business, acquisition of citi bank in south east Asia, good growth and yield (HOLDING/ADD <1pb and >5% yield) FCT: strong moat, good business, below 1 PB Low valuation and good yield. (AD...

Added more fct

Was thinking about averaging down on fct and mint. Wanted to save 10k in warchest for uni but the prices is too attractive already. Bought 500 Shares of fct at 2.24 which is below 1PB and based on 1H 2022 dividend of 0.06136 fy will be 0.12272. The yield on the purchase and my avg cost will be 5.4%. Now my warchest have 8500, adding in 300 this month will be total of 8800. Next month will receive 841.4 from pay 200 from marksmen(should be getting) and 300 from allowance. Warchest will be 9900 excluding savings to emergency savings account. Should be able to reach 10k if include coming dividends from mint and g3b(July)

Added more Lendlease and FCT

Added 1000 shares of LL through PO rights issue at 0.72. Lowering my average cost to 0.753. Added 500 more FCT @ $2.29. Based on the latest quarter results, the NAV increases to $2.31 and the half year dividend increases to 0.06136 which is 0.12272 based on my average cost I am sitting at 5.4% dividend yield. I think fct is undervalue as it is at slightly below nav and providing a 5+% yield. Right now, covid restrictions mostly had been removed and people are going back to offices and also tourists are arriving in SG. I personally went to Hougang Mall last weekend, the crowd there is pretty good. FCT is a pretty good bet on the retail sector. Retail reits often have shorter leases which is good for high inflation times as the reits can asked for higher rent more often then long leases reits like industrials. Meanwhile, also looking to add more MINT, MLT and AREIT.
