 Bought 500 fct at 2.04. With 0.6136 half year dpu, full year dpu of 0.1272 at 2.04 will be a 6% yield. Fct is also training around 0.9 pb. It is a reasonable valuation for me, looking to buy more ste at 3.20

 Bought 1 more tranche of areit 500 @ 2.6. Avg cost now at 2.75. With 0.15745 dpu it will be a 6.06% yield on $2.6. Expect more reits and stocks to drop right now cict is 1.85 below my cost of 1.87 should be buying next. However, might be holding on a while more since reits haven been dropping a lot tdy might be expecting more drop. STE is approaching 3.2 fast should be buying 1 more tranche of STE at 3.2.
