Selling HLS at a loss

Only manage to sell 100@0.27, 7000@0.265 and 2900@0.26. Not sure how much fees and losses will be incurred. At lease should be getting back $2500. Take it as a $200 loss for now. A painful lesson learnt: will not go into short term play and Low illiquidity stocks. Reason to sell: holding more cash on hand and prepare for LL rights issue. Going to focus on building a portfolio of reits, banks and solid Bluechip stocks like STE that brings in sustainable cash flow.

Added Lendlease reit

 Added 2000 shares of lendlease reit at $0.77 will subscribe to the PO. Based on the presentation slides of the acquisition the dpu of 0.0468 at $0.77 it will be a yield of 6%. Looking to reallocate sphreit to LL. I am looking for a better price to sell sphreit. Right now, I can hold sphreit for a while more since the quarter result and dpu is coming. Hopefully there will be an offer for sphreit due to the merger.
