Koufu management offered 0.77 per share to privatise the company. I decided to sell off all my koufu shares at the market at the price of 0.76 to better recycle my capital. Koufu is the first stock that I ever bought and I had been holding it for nearly 2 years. Koufu didn’t let me down I make 9.76% of capital gain and 14.7% including dividends collected. Will be researching over the weekend and see which sticks to allocate the capital to.

Added 500 shares of FCT at 2.25 based on this year dpu of 0.12085 it will be at 5.37% which is quite attractive for a local retail reit with assets that are well liked by Singaporeans. The malls are mainly located in the neighbourhood which have steady flow of customers and less affected by tourists. As Singapore continues to open up and return to norm, all the retail reits should be trading at a higher valuation. Now fct is trading at 0.98 Pb which is below 1 and it seldoms trades at this Low valuation.
