Added more mint
I bought another tranche of 200 mint at $2.68. My average cost now is 2.65 At FY2020 DPU of 12.55 it will be 4.68% /4.73% At 2021Q1 DPU of 0.0335 it will be 5% / 5.05% At 2021 Q2 DPU of 0.0347 it will be 5.17% / 5.23% I have added quite a lot of mint. I am still expecting another rights issue to acquire more data centre in the states which will allows mint to be 2/3 of dc. Hopefully mint will rebound soon if it drops more I might be tempted to buy more mint. Currently my cost is 2.65 slightly above the previous PO price which I think is still okay. I am sitting at a average 5% dividend yield for a growing reit with a high focus on dc which is quite rare as dc reits tend to have Lower dividend higher valuation.
