Denver’s Portfolio

Just bought my first tranche of Ascendas reit. 500 shares at 2.9. Based on the dpu of 14.74 cents it will be yielding a 5.08 percent for me which is quite comfortable for me. Will be monitoring the retails reits as they will be affected by the coming heightened phase 2.

 Got a $60 SGD voucher on tiger brokers. Decided to spend it on buying a us stocks that is near the price of the voucher.  Decide to buy GIS General Mils a old consumer company that is trading at a PE of only 15. This should be counter than can counter inflation. It is only 80 plus sgd which is negligible to my portfolio but it can act as my first foot hold into us stocks.
